Can't Get the Captive Portal to Load?
Follow these steps to capture the portal URL and send it to our support team.
Step 1: Connect to the WiFi Network
On your device, connect to the WiFi network as normal.
Step 2: Stay Connected Without Internet
When prompted, tap "Use Without Internet" (or similar) to stay connected to the network.
On iPhone: tap "Use Without Internet" in the connection prompt
On Android: tap "Stay Connected" or "Use This Network As Is"
Step 3: Open Your Browser and Visit neverssl.com
Once connected, open your browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android) and go to:
This page will attempt to trigger the captive portal. If it doesn't load the portal, that's okay — we still need the URL from your browser.
Step 4: Copy the URL
Once the page has loaded (or tried to load), copy the full URL from your browser's address bar.
It may look something like: http://1.2.3.4/login?...
Step 5: Send It to Support
Disconnect from the WiFi network, then send the copied URL to our support team:
Include the name of the venue or network you were trying to connect to, and we'll investigate straight away.
