Using this step-by-step guide, you can create or edit an existing Draytek Router settings to work with Captive WiFi.
Please get in touch with support for the radius password.
  • Stage 1 Setup Radius
    • Visit Applications > RADIUS/TACACS+ on the menu
    • Select Enable
    • Comments = CaptiveWiFi
    • Primary server = radius.captivewifi.io
    • Secret = Contact support@captivewifi.io for this information 
    • Authentication Port = 1812
    • Retry = 4
    • Click OK , the router will ask to be rebooted, skip this and follow in to Stage 2
  • Stage 2 Hostpot Setup
    • Click Hotspot Web Portal > Profile Setup
    • Choose a profile
    • Tick Enable this profile
    • Give a comment to identify the profile, such as Captive WiFi
    • Select External Portal Server for Portal Method
    • Captive Portal URL will be https://getonline.captivewifi.io/guest/<site id> , The Site ID can be found under WiFi Hardware in integrations on the dashboard
    • The redirection URL must be left as http:// and portal.draytek.com
    • Click Save and Next
    • Select Dest Domain and enter the following URL's below
    • getonline.captivewifi.io
    • captivewifi.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com
    • *.captivewifi.io
    • *.fontawesome.com
    • Select Dest IP and add 138.68.152.191
    • Press Save and Next 
    • Select the time allocation for the guests in Expired Timer After Activation
    • HTTPS Redirection should be disabled
    • Tick to enable - Captive Portal Detection 
    • Fixed URL - https://getonline.captivewifi.io/connected/<Unique ID> This can be found under the Captive WiFi dashboard under Manage Venue 
    • Subnet and WLAN, please select the relevant settings for your company

Press Finish to complete the process and reboot the router
