We are proud to announce that all customer feedback received within the Captive WiFi platform will be pushed automatically to the Sentiment Search platform as you know, we manage all 1 to 3-star feedback internally.

As of now, you can see all your customer feedback scores plus the content in the Sentiment Search platform, giving you and your team a better overview of the current NPS scoring.

We are both working on:

  • Allowing for you to edit and respond to feedback via the Sentiment Search platform.
