Switching on the Me&U integration means that whenever a customer is connected to your WIFI, the customer data will be automatically added to your CRM, and a Visit in the customer's profile will be tagged.
Getting Started
The integration will run in real-time and update your database.
What data can be sent to Me&U?
- First name
- Last name
- Date of Birth
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Email opt-in
- SMS opt-in
- Venue Tag
Login to the Captive WiFi dashboard and select Me & You Connect 2, select the Complete Setup button, this will login you in to your me&u account, the page below will appear select Allow.

Login to your Me&U account

Select Apps and Manage Exsisting Apps

Find Captive WiFi Sync select the down arrow and choose Generate Token

Tick the warning box, select Generate Token, and copy the token
Head back over to the Captive WiFi dashboard to complete the connection

Visit the Company Integrations Tab and overwrite the current token with the newly copied token

Then press "Update Integrations"
