Switching on the Me&U integration means that whenever a customer is connected to your WIFI, the customer data will be automatically added to your CRM, and a Visit in the customer's profile will be tagged.

Getting Started

The integration will run in real-time and update your database.

What data can be sent to Me&U?

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Email opt-in
  • SMS opt-in
  • Venue Tag
Login to the Captive WiFi dashboard and select Me & You Connect 2, select the Complete Setup button, this will login you in to your me&u account, the page below will appear select Allow.

  • Login to your Me&U account

  • Select Apps and Manage Exsisting Apps

  • Find Captive WiFi Sync select the down arrow and choose Generate Token

  • Tick the warning box, select Generate Token, and copy the token

Head back over to the Captive WiFi dashboard to complete the connection
  • Visit the Company Integrations Tab and overwrite the current token with the newly copied token

  • Then press "Update Integrations"
