If you use the FeedItBack platform, Captive WiFi has the ability to send an email to the customer after their visit with the time/date link included.
Please click here to the support team at Feed It Back; once you have the shared link please follow these steps
- Login to the dashboard
- Click on the first venue
- Click Manage Venue
- Click Integrations
- Select Feeditback API
- Paste in the relevant link to the dashboard.
